Melting Point LLC is an ASME-certified heavy industrial fabrication and construction company serving clients throughout the Southeast.

I began my career as a welder, developing a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and doing the job right the first time.

Melting Point was founded with only myself, one truck, and a commitment to building a company based on quality workmanship, dependable service, and keeping promises to customers.

Melting Point has grown into a full-service industrial contractor specializing in ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels, National Board code repairs, B31.1 and B31.3 piping systems, structural steel fabrication, and field construction services.

Today, I remain actively involved in the company’s operations, working closely with customers and my team to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

David  Zawadski

QUALITY MANAGER

With over 30 years of experience across fabrication, construction, and capital projects, Dave Zawadski brings deep expertise in pipe, pressure vessel, and structural work across complex environments including nuclear, refining, power generation, defense, food and beverage, and institutional systems.

Starting on the tools and spending a decade in the field, Dave built a strong foundation that continues to shape a practical, results-driven approach to engineering, quality, and project leadership.

Today, Dave is known for developing high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering reliable outcomes on demanding projects. Dave also runs a tight, disciplined quality program that ensures consistency, accountability, and high standards across every phase of work.

A natural mentor and teacher, Dave regularly leads training efforts and has earned a reputation for being “cool under pressure”—a force multiplier who helps others grow while strengthening overall performance. Dave’s steady leadership, attention to detail, and ability to stay cool in challenging situations make a lasting impact on every project and team involved.

Eddie Wilson

PROJECT MANAGER

As Project Manager at Melting Point, Eddie Wilson leads the planning and execution of complex industrial fabrication and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

He is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, client relationships, procurement, fabrication, and field operations while driving collaboration across every phase of a project. Drawing on extensive experience in industrial construction, process piping, structural steel, and ASME code fabrication, Eddie has built a reputation for solving challenges, streamlining execution, and delivering dependable results.

His hands-on understanding of fabrication and field installation enables him to anticipate project needs, minimize risk, and keep projects moving forward without compromising safety or quality.
